Appointment was timely. Waiting area quiet and nicely appointed with beverage and tv screen. Care in the chair was respectful and gentle. Everyone explained what was going to happen and what to expect. Extra care was given during an uncomfortable moment. Very respectful concerning financial arrangements and some flexibility here. Very helpful to provide needed paperwork for reimbursement using An MRA. Overall great experience.

Absolutely love everyone in this office. Nothing but great things since I started coming here! I will recommend anyone looking for a dentist to them due to the amazing care and even better work! Dr winters has helped me trust dentists again! And I am extremely thankful for everything her and her team has done for me!

I was experiencing pain in my jaw all week and I called and they were able to get me in immediately. I have experienced dental trauma in the past and everyone there was so welcoming and kind and caring to me. The best dental experience I have had in a really long time. I am very grateful that I have found them, and for the first time in a long time I’m looking forward to my next dental appointment. Thank you so much Polaris family dental!

Clean, professional, friendly, knowledgeable gentle and calm environment. The lady at front desk suggested a different insurance plan for me to ask my insurance carrier about to try to save me more money. They aren’t pushy or overprescribing. They offered least invasion most affordable treatment option as a first step before jumping straight to bonding procedure. I’ve been looking for a dentist for years and haven’t been thrilled with any office until now.

I am very grateful that Dr. Winner and her staff allowed me to get in to their facility this past Tuesday and were able to diagnose and order medication to treat a very painful and fairly serious infection. I would like to acknowledge the support and help given to me by Lela upon my arrival, during, and leaving your spacious facility. A special “job well done” by Lela during my visit. You, the doctor, and the whole staff took me in when no one else, including my current dentist, were of no help to me in my time of need. Thanks very much for your care and understanding.

I am new to this dental office and I’m glad I found this place .From the moment I entered the building I was greeted and didn’t have to wait long at all. Dental office gives me really bad anxiety but the hygienist Janet was really sweet, talking to her had helped a lot . She did a great job! I would recommend this dental office to anyone new to the area .

I have had nothing but good experiences in the last two years with PFD, Dr. Davis who I have seen the most and all the staff here from the receptionists to the hygienist and everyone in between absolutely wonderful. After each procedure that I have had they call and check up on me and will not rest until they hear from you personally. It’s nice to feel important in this day and age. I 💯% recommend them for all your dental needs.

What a wonderful experience for me! I am a very anxious not good dental patient, Dr. Davis and her assistant Nancy were so wonderful to me, I can’t say enough good things about them in this review. Not knowing what they were getting into they spent 3 hours with me and did extensive work on my teeth in one visit and never left my side. How can you ask for any more. I have never had a bad experience at Polaris Family Dental. They are amazing! From crowns, fillings and cleanings, I have never had one problem. So professional and they take their time to make sure you get the best care. I would tell anyone who has had a bad dental experience to come to Polaris Family Dental, you will be so happy you did❤️

This is the best dentist office I have ever been in. Their staff is always delightful and helpful.The environment is extremely calming from the moment you walk in. They are always welcoming no matter the situation with your teeth. They make you feel safe, seen & heard. As a woman of color this is rare in any type of medical setting. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.

I had a tooth pulled once before this. This time I didn't even know until after it was out. Great people! From the beginning they explained every step of the process. The procedure, the aftercare, the payment, everything was seamless and I am in no pain right now. (With NO drugs.) I'll be going back and I highly recommend

Edit: Leslie, the office manager reached out to me today and was very helpful. Explained the situation and was able to offer me some help and advice. I really appreciate the prompt response. Usually you don't get any correspondence after posting a review but it's clear that this office wants to provide good service to their patients and that's all you can really ask for. Sad I have to give this place 1 star because the care and service was really good. I was told at my appointment I was out of network. Being a broke college student I asked how much would my out of pocket be because I can't afford to pay a whole lot. They reassured me multiple times it would not be more than $60 even with flouride. The other day I got a bill for $200+ and when I called to discuss they said there was nothing they could do other than a payment plan. They really should have said they didn't know or would need to run an estimate.. I would have cancelled or rescheduled. Definitely would have cancelled had I known it was going to be $200+. Also, important to note - I sent them my insurance card before my visit to avoid something like this. Really really disappointed.

They are the best and wonderful group.Dennis that I have ever been to. They explain The process And for me not to be afraid. They answered any question I needed answer. If I could give them higher than a 5 star.I would the assistant, Love her and She made me feel so safe and secure five stars for your office
