Polaris Family Dental accepts most insurance plans and will be more than happy to electronically process your claim at no charge to you. It is our goal to help you utilize your Dental Insurance so that you are able to get your maximum benefits. In order for us to do this, we ask that you please provide us with as much information as possible. 

 

It is our experience that Dental Insurance usually only covers a portion of the total treatment. To help you take care of your "Estimated Patient Portion" we are happy to be able to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.
